Volkswagen Celebrates 70 years of engineering excellence

On October 12, 2008, the Volkswagen Club of Pakistan organized an event to celebrate VW's 70th birthday. The event was a flaming success with nearly 20 Beetles from Islamabad showing up. The event was held at my farm outside of Islamabad where I got a great opportunity to show case the various work my family has done on this private oasis of ours.

This event may appear on television, although that is dependent on numerous factors. We hope those who attended enjoyed themselves. 

VWCOP plans to host more events in the near future as it has for the last 5 odd years thanks to its founding fathers, some of whom have taken to greener pastures across the western seas.
